Directed by “Emily the Criminal” filmmaker John Patton Ford, “How to Make a Killing” follows Glen Powell as Becket Redfellow, a vengeful man who decides to kill his way through his estranged family in order to claim an exuberant inheritance. Other cast members include Margaret Qualley, Ed Harris, Jessica Henwick, Topher Grace and Zach Woods. The film is a loose adaptation of the 1949 black comedy “Kind Hearts and Coronets.”
Emerald Fennell’s “Wuthering Heights” landed at No. 1 for the second Friday in a row with $4.6 million domestically.
