Apple TV Sets First Look Deal With ‘Imperfect Women’ Creator Annie Weisman

Apple TV has set a first look deal with Annie Weisman, creator and showrunner of “Physical” and “Imperfect Women.”

“Imperfect Women” premieres on March 18 and stars Elisabeth Moss, Kerry Washington and Kate Mara as a group of friends whose decades-long relationship is shattered by a crime. Based on Araminta Hall’s novel of the same name, the official logline says that the thriller series “explores guilt and retribution, love and betrayal, and the compromises we make that alter our lives irrevocably. As the investigation unfolds, so does the truth about how even the closest friendships may not be what they seem.
