ESA’s Stanley Pierre-Louis: Video games are the “most popular and successful form of entertainment” in the US

Greetings Nevada County. It is that time of year again for the 2026 Red Light Ball put on by the Nevada County Law Enforcement & Fire Protection Council. This year’s event will be held at The Center for the Arts, 314 West Main Street in Grass Valley. It is being held on March 14, from 5:30 to 10 p.m.

Come join us for a wonderful dinner catered by Bouquet Garni and participate in our live and silent auctions to win some fabulous items. Wine will be provided at the tables with a no host bar for those of other tastes.

Last year’s event was a sellout so get your tickets early. Tickets can be purchased on our website  — Nclawandfire.org — or by mailing a check made out to NCLFC to NCLFC, P.O. Box 3265, Grass Valley CA 95945. Tickets are $150 each for the general public and $100 for first responders. Come meet and support the Law, Fire, Search & Rescue and others that keep our community safe. All monies raised goes towards purchasing training and equipment for first responders that is not covered by their limited budgets. Hope to see you there.
