Harry Daniels is meeting his match on the red carpet

Harry Daniels is always up for meeting new people on the red carpet.
In a video that the influencer posted to his TikTok on March 18, Daniels — who is known for his videos where he appears and sings songs (badly, as he’d be the first to tell you) to celebrities in random locations — performed in his signature way for John Stamos at the EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert premiere on Feb. 18.
Daniels usually performs a song related in some way to the celebrity he meets, and he started off by singing a few lines from the theme song from the show Full House, in which Stamos played Jesse Katsopolis during its late ’80s to mid ’90s run.
However, as Daniels sang, Stamos — dressed in Elvis-inspired gear — introduced him to someone that Daniels said “gagged” him.
“This kid’s a good singer,” Stamos said, before pointing at a man and adding, “He wrote that song.”

The man in question was none other than Full House creator Jeff Franklin, who co-wrote the Full House theme song alongside Jesse Frederick, who originally performed the theme, and Bennett Salvay.
“I tried to gag John Stamos with my beautiful singing but then he gagged me by introducing me to the Full House creator,” Daniels wrote in text over the video.
“Shoutout to u jeff franklin #johnstamos #fullhouse,” Daniels followed up in his caption. The influencer, who now boasts 2.2 million followers on TikTok, also sang a rendition of Presley’s song “Can’t Help Falling in Love” to Austin Butler at the premiere, as well as Baz Luhrmann, who directed the 2022 movie Elvis, which stars Butler as the King of Rock n’ Roll.
Daniels first grew to fame online after he begged Sabrina Carpenter to let him sing for her at a 2022 meet-and-greet.
“I was literally learning the lyrics to ‘Skin’ on the line,” he recalls of singing Carpenter’s own song to her.
He wanted her to remember him, he reflected in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in 2024.
The concept —singing badly for celebs — soon became his entire online identity.

“Can I sing for you?” is the question many associate with Daniels now as he frequently appears on red carpets, outside celebrities’ homes and in coffee shops, asking celebrities and prominent figures if he can spontaneously perform for them to get a reaction for “entertainment purposes.”
“Megan Thee Stallion came to town the next month. I did it again and it got an even bigger response… And so I just kept doing it,” said Daniels, who’s gone on to sing for the likes of Doja Cat, Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish and yes, former president Barack Obama.
More recently, Daniels went viral for a video he made with Jennifer Lopez on the red carpet for the premiere of her new film Kiss of the Spider Woman on Oct. 6, 2025.
Lopez, 56, was startled on the red carpet by Daniels, as he shrieked, “Ahh, it’s the motherf—ing queen,” as he fell to his knees.
“The one that sings!” Lopez said in recognition, captured in a video he posted to TikTok.
Daniels then launched into a rendition of the performer’s 2011 hit “On the Floor,” and Lopez even joined in for a few lyrics. That is, until Daniels accidentally flubbed a word — replacing a “la” with a “na” — at which point Lopez had to step in.
“It’s la, la, la,” she told him on the red carpet, to which he replied, “Oh, my apologies,” and kept singing. The sweet interaction ended with an embrace, after which Daniels gave Lopez an orange drink in reference to a viral video about her bodega order.
