The lineup is officially out for the 40th Syracuse International Jazz Fest.
Some of the planned acts include Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, the Tower of Power, and the Syracuse University student jazz combo called Orange Juice.
This year’s festival will run July 9-12 and events will be held across both the SU campus and Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards.
“For decades of music culture and community coming together in a way that only Jazz Fest can inspire, what started as a vision has grown into something that defines who we are — a festival rooted in creativity, connection and a shared love for live music,” said Carrie Wojtaszek, director of sponsorship for the Jazz Fest.
