Rising independent artist John Galea unveils Songwriter, the first single from is upcoming debut solo album. On the inspiration behind the track, John tells Official Charts: “On the inspiration behind Songwriter, John tells us: “My journey as an artist was the biggest inspiration – it’s a tough road as an independent artist. Royalties aren’t that great for songwriters today, and a lot has been in news about that especially. The idea of sharing whatever you get with your loved one really was something that struck a chord with me.”
