On Thursday, ShilohJolie made a surprise appearance in a teaser for K-pop star Dayoung’s newest single’s music video. Starship Entertainment shared the quickly edited clip for “What’s a Girl to Do” and it flashes quickly on Shiloh, who looks remarkably like her mother, Angelina Jolie.
In the brief montage for the video set to release April 7, Shiloh is wearing a brown lace halter top, large hoop earrings, and a lip ring. The 19-year-old has her hair tucked back in braids and she is lounging backwards. She also makes an appearance amongst the dancers doing a bit of choreography to Dayoung’s song.
According to an interview with a representative from Starship Entertainment and Maeil Business Newspaper Star Today, the young dancer won the role as part of an “open audition.”
“Shiloh was selected in the final round and ended up joining Dayoung’s music video. Even after filming, we had no idea she was the child of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, and only found out by chance quite recently,” they stated.
In February 2025, Angelina spoke about Shiloh and her other children, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, and twins Knox and Vivienne, during a panel at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. She stated that none of her children are interested in acting, describing Shiloh in particular as “extremely private.”
“They really don’t like any of the celebrity part of it, especially Shiloh hates it,” Jolie said, per the Daily Mail. “It’s not a normal thing. It’s a silly thing, really.”
She continued, “That’s not my doing. I always wanted them to be around film because … it’s such a wonderful family, to be creative, to be an artist … They’re not interested…Some of them dance, some of them paint, some of them love theater, but none of them are dying to be on screen.”
