Ottoman Royal Kitchen Story! #shorts #shortsfeed
This is the story of a royal dessert that was once served only to the Ottoman Sultans.
Inside the grand palace kitchens of the Ottoman Empire, master chefs created a legendary sweet known as Baklava. Made with the finest wheat flour, rich butter, delicate paper-thin layers of dough, and the best pistachios from Gaziantep, this dessert was crafted with incredible precision.
Layer after layer — sometimes up to 33 thin sheets — were carefully placed, filled with pistachios and butter, then cut into perfect diamond shapes before being baked in the royal oven.
When it came out of the oven, its golden color, crisp crackling texture, and sweet honey syrup filled the entire palace with an unforgettable aroma.
Once a dessert reserved only for Sultans and royal feasts, Baklava has now become one of the most famous sweets enjoyed all over the world.
