Kansas City Royals debut new purple and blue City Connect jersey to honor City of Fountains heritage
Hey, hey, hey, Kansas City, the Royals have officially debuted their brand new City Connect uniforms. This new design is going to be the City Connect uniform for years to come. The brand new purple connects with the blue to connect the history and culture of Kansas City. The gradient for us means *** number of things that the city is always moving. Uh, we’re moving forward. Water is fluid, you know, we wanted to stay consistent with that, that fountain theme. So here’s the heart logo that we talked about, and this is really. Again, just ***, it’s our nod to the heartland. This is something we’re extremely proud of and it just speaks to who we are, um, in the Midwest. We’re always welcoming, we’re patting each other on the back. We’re very inviting and friendly. So these brand new uniforms are gonna debut at home Friday night this weekend. They’re gonna wear them for the remainder of the home stand this weekend and then for the remainder of the royal season they will wear the City Connect uniforms every Friday night of *** home stand weekend. Hope to see if these bring some good luck to our boys in blue.
