AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced the launch of an integrated package for the entertainment industry, combining e-commerce and fan club operations to support the growth of entertainment IP businesses.

Leveraging a combination of its various platforms, including AnyX for e-commerce, AnyLogi for logistics and AnyChat for customer support, in addition to its in-market operational capabilities, the integrated package is designed to help entertainment companies maximize IP monetization and enhance fan experiences across markets.

The package is designed for entertainment businesses managing IP such as artists, talents and characters, and supports both domestic and international expansion through a unified operating model spanning commerce, logistics, customer engagement and marketing.

In recent years, the global market for content businesses built around entertainment IP has continued to expand. The global media and content market reached approximately $2.9 trillion in 2024, and is projected to reach $3.5 trillion by 2029. Overseas sales of Japanese-originated content amounted to approximately 5.8 trillion yen in 2023, with the Japanese government targeting an expansion to 20 trillion yen by 2033.

However, operating these businesses at scale also entails increasing complexity, including handling traffic spikes during limited-edition drops, managing high-volume fulfillment, enabling multilingual support, and coordinating international shipping. AnyMind Group has supported multiple e-commerce initiatives in the entertainment and IP domain to date, and has launched this new package based on that experience and operational track record.

Key support areas include:

  • Integrated operations of e-commerce and fan clubs: building on Shopify as a foundational layer, IP companies can integrate fan club membership data, enabling commerce experiences that strengthen fan loyalty, including members-only sales and exclusive benefit programs. By leveraging AnyX, companies can streamline e-commerce operations through centralized management of sales channels, including online marketplaces and brand.com sites.
  • Entertainment-specific sales features: Support of sales functions unique to the entertainment industry, such as bid-based sales, venue pickup for event merchandise, and digital content sales
  • Global logistics support: Through AnyLogi, both domestic and international shipping are supported, including large order volume handling and mass shipments, such as those generated during limited-edition product launches
  • Customer support: AnyChat supports the communication with fans, including inquiry handling, shipping notifications, and more
  • Global marketing support: Companies can tap on AnyMind Group’s marketing solutions for influencer marketing, digital marketing and mobile marketing

On the launch, Kosuke Sogo, CEO, AnyMind Group, said: “In the entertainment industry, the importance of fan businesses centered on IP is increasing globally, and companies are now required to have infrastructure that span multiple functions, including e-commerce, logistics, and marketing. Through our BPaaS model – our various platforms, and operational capabilities in each market, we will continue to further strengthen our efforts to deliver the value of Japan-originated IP to fans around the world.”
