‘Mini golf entertainment experience’ to open in Cedar Park

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A brand-new mini golf entertainment experience will open in Cedar Park on Tuesday.

PopStroke is a national leader in golf entertainment, with over 20 locations owned by Greg Bartoli and backed by Tiger Woods and TaylorMade, according to its website. The new venue comes after Austin’s PopStroke at The Pitch’s success in Northeast Austin this past year.

“Texas continues to be one of the most exciting markets for PopStroke as we grow,” said Greg Bartoli, founder and CEO of PopStroke. “The success of our Austin location showed us what’s possible here. Cedar Park represents the evolution of that, delivering a more complete experience with our latest technology, full-service dining, and spaces designed for guests of all ages to spend time together.”

According to a press release, the new venue will feature two 18-hole mini golf courses, including high-tech features like interactive screens at every hole and an app that allows guests to track their games on their phones. Players can also have food and beverages delivered directly to them while on the course.

BarTenders, PopStroke’s full-service restaurant and bar, will offer bites and sips in both indoor and outdoor dining areas overlooking the course, as well as an on-site ice cream parlor.

There will be an outdoor playground and games for guests of all ages to enjoy, according to the release.
