Multigenre Mobile Alabama-based band The Red Clay Strays will swing through Louisiana for two shows on its “Grateful Tour” in November.
The band takes the stage at the Raising Cane’s River Center Arena in Baton Rouge on Nov. 5 and the Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier City on Nov. 6.
The North American headline tour is the largest live run so far for the award-winning, three-time RIAA Platinum-certified band. The tour opens in Columbia, Maryland, on July 30.
Of Louisiana note, New Orleans-based band The Revivalists will join The Strays as special guests for some tour dates although not the Louisiana shows. For those two concerts, special guests will be Muscadine Bloodline, a duo also from south Alabama — and Ellaville, Georgia, singer-songwriter Brent Cobb.
Presale tickets will be available starting at noon Tuesday, and end at noon Thursday. Public tickets sales start at 9 a.m. Friday. Tickets are $159 and up.
The Strays’ third studio album, “Grateful,” drops June 5 via HBYCO Records/RCA Records. The record’s electrifying opening track, “Demons In Your Choir,” is available for download.
The band’s honors include the Americana Music Honors & Awards’ 2024 “Emerging Artist of the Year,” the Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards’ 2025 “New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year” and the Country Music Association (CMA) Awards’ 2025 “Vocal Group of the Year.”
