The Florida mansion where wrestling legend Hulk Hogan passed away has undergone a significant $2 million price cut—less than three months after it first hit the market.
Hogan, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, died at the age of 71 at his Clearwater, FL, home in July 2025, months after he had undergone multiple surgeries and procedures on his neck.
The sprawling mansion was one of two adjacent homes that Hogan owned at the time of his death, both of which have since been put on the market.
Hogan purchased the larger of the two homes that made up his Florida compound for $3.33 million in April 2012, before adding the smaller adjacent property for $1.6 million four years later.
His primary residence, which is the larger of the two dwellings, was first listed for sale on Jan. 30, six months after his passing, with an ask of $10.98 million. However, records show that price has now been slashed to $8.99 million—as of April 28.
That home, which features five bedrooms, is described as one of “Clearwater Beach’s most coveted waterfront estates.”
The listing, which is held by Martha Thorn, of The Thorn Collection at Coldwell Banker Realty, also calls attention to the property’s plum location on “sugar-white sands,” which provides instant access to the gulf and ensures stunning views from every room.
Those same vistas can also be enjoyed from the expansive outdoor living spaces, which span 1,500 square feet and include a covered seating area that overlooks the stunning pool and spa.
The dwelling itself boasts the most “refined” finishes, according to a description previously provided to Realtor.com®, including “teak, marble, and natural stone floors, a designer chef’s kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a private elevator.”
Of the five bedrooms in the abode, the primary suite is undoubtedly the home’s crown jewel, featuring its own private terrace overlooking the gulf, an intimate seating area, an enormous walk-in closet—and a luxurious spa-inspired bathroom complete with an enormous soaking tub.

The property spans just over 5,000 square feet and sits on a 6,098-square-foot lot that is directly adjacent to Hogan’s second property—which hit the market for $4.5 million at the start of April. That price remains the same at the time of publication.
Hogan does not appear to have ever made an attempt to combine the two properties into one giant structure, instead using the cottage as a guesthouse, with the listing for the smaller dwelling noting that it could serve as “dream coastal retreat” for one lucky buyer.
Much like Hogan’s mansion—which occupies three stories—the cottage property backs right onto the beach, with a charming white picket fence added to separate the dwelling from the publicly accessible area.
A small hedge on one side of the cottage currently separates it from Hogan’s mansion, while palm trees line the other exterior wall.
The cottage has also been equipped with many of its own impressive amenities, including a beautiful swimming pool with an elegant water feature and an adjoining spa, as well as a sizable outdoor seating area, ideal for lounging in the sun or enjoying meals under the stars.
Though the property is dwarfed by Hogan’s enormous mansion, it does offer plenty of space, spanning more than 2,000 square feet, which includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The listing notes that virtual staging has been used in some of the photos to showcase exactly how the cottage could be decorated, however the property currently appears to have been emptied of all of Hogan’s personal effects and furnishings.
Inside, the dwelling features a traditional beach cottage aesthetic, with bright white walls, exposed wooden beams, and wood flooring—ideal for preventing any sandy messes after a long day on the beach.
Enormous windows help to fill the main living areas with sunlight, while providing a beautiful view of the beach and the surrounding area. The living room is also equipped with a fireplace to add an extra layer of comfort.

It has not yet been revealed which of Hogan’s relatives or associates are handling the sale of his properties—which records show are still registered to an LLC linked to the wrestler and his ex-wife, Jennifer McDaniel.
Hogan and McDaniel wed in 2010, a year after he divorced his first wife, Linda, and they were married for than ten years until 2021, when they split. Two years later, he married his third wife, Sky Daily, whom he was living with when he passed away.
After Hogan’s death, it was revealed that his son, Nick Hogan, had been named as the sole heir to his fortune—however, the wrestler’s Clearwater compound was not included in the assets left to his younger child.
Around six weeks after the wrestler’s passing, his son Nick, 35, filed documents asking to be named as the co-personal representative of his father’s estate, alongside a man named Terry McCoy, as first reported by Us Weekly. The court signed off on his request.
In that filing, Nick claimed that his father had a sizable fortune when he died, including $200,000 worth of cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, and his right to publicity, which is valued at $4 million.
Furthermore, the court filing noted that Hogan’s will was originally executed in 2016, and several amendments were then made in 2017, 2021, 2022, and in July 2023, when he removed his daughter, Brooke, as a beneficiary.
Brooke and her father had been estranged for some time prior to his death—however, her husband, Steve Oleksy, told Us Weekly that she had done her utmost to “uphold her dad’s best interests” during that time.
