Looking back on this whirlwind state visit to the US, there have been several pinch-me moments and it was a real privilege to follow the King and Queen around Washington D.C., New York City and rural Virginia where I witnessed some truly incredible moments.
The trip may have only been four days long, but the royals packed a lot in, from the King’s history-making address at Congress, to his speech at the White House state dinner that was filled with quips. I’ve managed to round up my highlights in the video below with my colleague US Royal Correspondent Alex Hurtado, who was also on the ground in the American capital.
