The reality TV crossover nobody saw coming dropped Monday morning. DoorDash rolled out a Mother’s Day campaign called “The Real Moms of the Group Chat” on May 4, and the cast pulls from three of the buzziest reality franchises on TV.

Leading the pack is Stassi Schroeder Clark, the Vanderpump Rules alum whose own Hulu reality series, House of Stassi, premieres July 29. She plays the “Hype Woman,” per DoorDash’s announcement. Bozoma Saint John, the marketing exec turned Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, takes on the “Boss Bestie.”

A ‘Mormon Wives’ Star Joins the Lineup

Rounding out the group: Miranda Hope, the newest main cast member on Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, as the “Content Queen,” and influencer Shannon Ford Middleton, host of Probably a Podcast, as the “DIYer.”

Each woman steps into a group chat archetype every mom recognizes. The series rolls out on DoorDash’s Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts in the days leading up to Mother’s Day, which lands on Sunday, May 10.

The Deals Behind the Campaign

DoorDash is also dropping a stack of Mother’s Day codes through the app: 25% off Sally Beauty orders of $50 with code 25SALLY through May 10, 25% off JD Sports and Finish Line orders of $100 with code MOMSTYLE25 starting May 5, and $10 off Old Navy orders of $50 with code HERGIFT10 through May 10. In-app gifting and digital gift cards round out the launch.

The Crossover Factor

Here’s the kicker for reality fans: Schroeder and Hope already have a history. Schroeder turned up at the Mormon Wives Season 3 reunion taping, so seeing them on a call sheet together for a brand spot tracks. The first installment of the series goes live on DoorDash’s social channels this week.
