May we all be as jolly, sun-kissed, and free as Olivia Rodrigo is on her Spanish vacation. The pop singer is currently in Barcelona for a one-night only performance celebrating her partnership with FC Barcelona.
The Grammy winner is the latest artist to take over the front of the team’s iconic blaugrana jersey, and for El Clásico on May 10, at Spotify Camp Nou, players will wear her version of the uniform. (She is the youngest artist to be featured on the jersey in the partnership’s history.)
Her show will come just before she releases her long-awaited third studio album on June 12th, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love.
Ahead of her concert, Rodrigo spent a fun day out with friends on the beaches of Barcelona, and was caught laughing and enjoy some Aperol spritzes while in a flirty black-and-white look.
Up top, she wore a slinky black top with a high neck and no sleeves. It was paired with a flowy black maxi skirt with large white polka dots, which sat low on her hips, revealing a sliver of skin. (The pop star has championed the polka-dot craze for some time now, having stepped out in spotted looks time and time again.) Big, round sunglasses with orange frames added a subtle pop of color to the beachy fit.
Rodrigo will be spending plenty of time in Europe this fall and winter, as her Unraveled Tour is set to begin on September 25. The global run supports her upcoming third album, and will see her travel from major cities across North America to European hotspots including Barcelona, Milan, Paris, and London.
