Ari Kytsya shared how much she’s paid for each of her cosmetic procedures in a new TikTok post
“I do not look the way that I look for free,” she admitted. “So I’m gonna tell you guys how much everything [cost]”
Kytsya estimated that she has spent over $67,000 on her appearance — including surgeries on her nose, chin, breasts and stomach
Ari Kytsya is getting candid about her cosmetic procedures.
In a May 10 TikTok post, the influencer and OnlyFans creator, 25, opened up about the money she’s shelled out for her appearance, which she estimated cost her over $67,000.
“I do not look the way that I look for free,” she admitted. “So I’m gonna tell you guys how much everything [cost].”
Kytsya said that the first part of her body she had modified was her lips, which set her back roughly $750. She added that she has “gotten them done” either two or three times.
Next, Kytsya revealed that she’s gotten Botox “a good amount of times” — which costs her about $500 each session. Kytsya then shared that she had a breast augmentation, which came out to about $13,000. Her surgeries on her nose and chin — which she said she got at the same time — totaled $27,000. And a surgery to make her stomach “snatched,” she said, cost $14,000.
Kytsya also acknowledged that her lengthy brown hair was “fake” and was a “full head” of keratin tip extensions, which she pays roughly $2,000 every time she has them installed.

The content creator also revealed the total prices of many of the cosmetic products she regularly uses, including her makeup ($600) and lamination and dye for her brows ($320). And her tattoos, which cover both arms and hands, were a total of $5,000.
“If you ever compare yourself to me or any celebrity or person on the internet, and you’re like, ‘Oh, God, I wish I looked like them,’ ” she said. “I don’t look like this. They don’t look like that.”
In March, Kytsya — who has a combined following of nearly 10 million and who is romantically linked to rapper Yung Gravy — opened up to PEOPLE about her content creation journey.

She admitted that, when she first started posting online, she was “trying to fit in” and “wasn’t enjoying it,” convinced she had to make “thirst-trappy” content for the “male gaze.”
But when she stopped performing for the algorithm and leaned more into makeup content, comedy skits and other lifestyle content, her platform — and female following — began to grow much more rapidly than ever before.
“It was a big surprise to me to see women supporting me as well,” she told PEOPLE. “Especially finding a place where they feel comfortable sharing their experiences or relating to things I post about.”
