“He was the least rock star,” Dee said. “That made him so unique.”

“The first thing he said is that in Motörhead, all of us got to be front persons. It’s not me in the front — it’s all of us.”
Dee also shared excitement about Lex Legion, his new project with longtime friends and fellow Scandinavian metal veterans. He described the band as a return to the adventurous songwriting style he loved during his King Diamond years. The debut album drops June 12, and Dee promised fans aggressive riffs, wild arrangements, and one of the most intense screams he’s ever heard on record.
Meanwhile, Dee continues powering through packed crowds with Scorpions during their Las Vegas residency. He praised the Vegas shows as “fantastic fun,” noting the band sold out performances and even broke venue records during last year’s run.
