Boy band Seventeen garnered 180,000 fans during its Japanese fan meet and greets, its agency Pledis Entertainment said Monday.

Dubbed “Yakusoku,” the latest meet and greets were held at the Kyocera Dome Osaka in Osaka, Japan, on Saturday and Sunday, drawing around 80,000 fans over the two days, according to the agency.

It also previously held fan meet and greets at Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, on May 13 and 14, where it met about 100,000 fans.

Fans who were unable to attend in person joined through live viewing events and online livestreams, the agency said.

The Tokyo fan meet and greets were broadcast live at more than 120 theaters across Asian regions, including Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Indonesia. Online livestreams of the Osaka events drew Carats from 73 regions, including Korea, the United States, China, Singapore and Canada. Carat is the band’s official fan club name.

During the fan meet and greet, Seventeen performed 18 songs, including its Japanese original tracks like “Call Call Call!” (2023) and “Shohikigen” (2024), alongside the Japanese version of its Korean songs “Oh My!” (2018) and “Snap Shoot” (2019).

“We think there’s nothing we can’t do when Carats are with us,” the band said during its fan meet and greet.

“Even when we can’t see you in person, we’re continuing to grow. Each member is preparing a wide range of activities to connect with you in different ways. All thirteen of us will return together with an even better version of ourselves.”

Seventeen is set to hold a two-day fan meet and greet, “Seventeen in Carat Land,” at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium in Korea on June 20 and 21.

Seventeen, which comprises 13 members, debuted in May 2015 under Pledis Entertainment, which was acquired by HYBE in 2020. The band is known for hits such as “Very Nice” (2016), “Hot” (2022), “Super” (2023) and “Cheers to youth” (2024).
