Travis Kelce is reacting to the debate over whether Taylor Swift will change her last name once the couple say “I do.”
Kelce, 36, played into thoughts that Swift, 36, would change her name after the pair got married, via Instagram on Tuesday, May 26. “Do you think Taylor Swift will change her last name? I don’t think she will,” a guest asked hosts Will Compton and Taylor Lewan during the latest episode of their “Bussin With the Boys” podcast.
“That is a good question,” Compton, 36, replied. Kelce seemingly agreed and showed his support by “liking” a social media clip of the podcast.
The guest suggested that the singer “definitely is not” planning on dropping Swift from her name.”
Another added, “She is way more globally famous than Travis Kelce. If anything, Travis would have to change it.”
Lewan, 34, agreed, saying he saw “higher odds” of Kelce changing his last name to Swift. “Taylor Kelce’s got a ring to it, too,” he added.
Another guest suggested maybe the pop star would hyphenate both their last names and be Kelce-Swift.
“No, you gotta go Swift-Kelce,” Compton said while smiling. “Travis Swift-Kelce.”
Lewan also liked the sound of the name, saying, “That kinda hits!”
“Travis Kelce-Swift kinda has a ring to it 👀,” their official podcast Instagram account captioned the post. Fans were quick to share their thoughts in the comments section.
“Travis liking this is hilarious 😂😂 that’s why he’s perfect for her,” one gushed, while another added, “Love that Travis liked this video 😂😍.”
Other fans shared their thoughts on the matter, writing, “She’ll keep the name Swift professionally but maybe otherwise it will be Kelce.” A second added, “Swift-Kelce would be a cool name to make the announcers say every week, lol!” A third commented, “Travis Swift. He’s no choice 😂.”

He proposed with a custom eight-10 carat Old-Mine cut diamond set on an engraved 18K yellow gold band by Kindred Lubeck.
Swift opened up about the design during an October episode of U.K.’s Heart radio station, sharing that she told Kelce about the jeweler “a year and a half ago.”
“When I saw the ring, I was just, like, [gasping],” she quipped. “I was like, ‘I know who made that! I know who made that! And also, you listen to me.’ He did amazing, it was like, ‘You really know me.’”
