Roebuck Estates has kicked off its summer events programme.
People can immerse themselves in unique experiences at Roebuck Estates, which is nestled in the Sussex countryside and only a short journey from London.
The vineyard, known for its award-winning vintage sparkling wine, invites people to experience its home near Petworth, steeped in local culture and history, until September.
The vines, some of which have been growing since 2006, produce the classic Champagne grapes Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
Roebuck’s ‘Sunset Sipping for Two’ event is on selected Thursday and Friday evenings until September 4.
For £50, people can enjoy an evening overlooking the South Downs at the Petworth vineyard, with a glass of Classic Cuvée in hand.
The deal includes two glasses of wine, paired with a sharing platter.
The vineyard’s wine tours happen on select Fridays and Saturdays up until September 5 for £25 per person.
The tour provides a greater understanding of the influence of the landscape on the production of Roebuck’s sparkling wines, along with a tasting session of their award-winning selection.
