Alec and Hilaria Baldwin continue to slash the price of their Hamptons mansion as property nears four years on and off the market.
An updated listing for the property shows the couple have cut another $1 million from its asking price, just three months after slashing the price by $1 million in March. The Baldwins are now asking $18.99 million for the Amagansett, N.Y. home, down from the $21 million they had it listed for in December 2025.
In March, Hilaria took to Instagram to update her followers on the status of the home. In a video, posted alongside photos of the property, the 42-year-old mother of seven began by sharing some of her favorite memories surrounding the home.

“We’ve made the most amazing memories in our home. We spend summers in our pool. We go down to the beach which is really close to where we are, the kids go to camp there. We cook, we spend time together,” she said. “It is such an amazing place.”
The fitness instructor said the family was preparing to embark on “a new adventure”, but did not share where they’d be moving.

She called the move “bittersweet,” adding that she wants the home to go to someone who is “going to love it as much as we love it.” In the caption, she added that the home is “a piece of paradise” and encouraged followers to view the listing.
“While we are sad to leave it, we know the next owners will love it just as much as we do,” the caption reads.
The home was featured on the family’s TLC series The Baldwins, which offered an inside look at the couple’s life raising their seven children.
Hilaria and Alec, 67, first listed the home for $29 million in November 2022, and have taken it on and off the market several times since. According to the property’s listing, the home spans 8,500 square feet and has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms.
Amenities include a movie theater, a wine-tasting room, and a private wood-paneled library.

In August 2025, Alec told The New York Times that “we keep coming back here because the kids are very happy. They love it here. When I go up to the kids and go, ‘Want to sell the house?’ They go crazy. It’s a kid’s home that I never want to leave.”
The Times reported Alec first purchased the home for $1.75 million in 1995. At the time, he wasn’t sure about the location but later grew to “love” it, making multiple upgrades to the plot over the years.
Alec expanded the property with a 20-by-50-foot pool installed in the backyard in 1996. When he married Hilaria in 2012, they added another 1,400 square feet of space.
