The aircraft, reported by online flight tracking service ADS-B Exchange to be a GA6c Gulfstream G600 Bahrain Royal Flight, was over the county between 4 and 4.30pm on Wednesday, June 10.
The tracking service indicates that the flight took off from Oxfordshire airbase RAF Brize Norton, before turning round and heading south. At the time of writing, the plane was flying south over mainland France.
