The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Garcelle Beauvais is paying tribute to her sister after her death.
“My beautiful sister Carole I will miss you so much!” Garcelle, 59, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, June 23. “I will always remember times where we would laugh so hard it hurts! Whenever I said I love you you would reply I love you more! I wish we had more time!!”
She continued, “I’ll never forget how you showed up when I had the twins and you would sleep in the nursery just so you could help And how much you loved Oliver. Hope you’re with mom now and the two of you are laughing RIP ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽.”
Alongside the message, Garcelle shared a selfie with her sister. Garcelle also uploaded the image to her Instagram Story, writing, “My beautiful sister I will miss you so much.”
Garcelle had been candid about her relationship with her sister on RHOBH, which she starred on from 2021 to 2025. The reality star, who has six older brothers and sister, made headlines during season 11 when she forgot Carole’s name in a previous episode.
In a clip that aired at the time, Garcelle struggled to remember Carole before adding, “Who am I missing? I’m missing someone. Oh, my God. Oh, my God, that’s terrible. My sister Carole! I forgot about her. Oh, my God, I love you Carole!”
At the season 11 reunion, host Andy Cohen asked whether Garcelle had heard from her sister since the incident.
“I love my sister, Carole,” Garcelle replied.

While reflecting on her relationship with Carole, Garcelle shared that she viewed it “differently” than before. Garcelle went on to note that the sister duo had not been on speaking terms at one point.
“Something happened and we didn’t talk about it, and just let it sort of fester and it just sort of went away,” Garcelle said, to which Andy responded, “Was it then Freudian that you couldn’t remember her name?”
“Maybe,” Garcelle replied. “Yeah, absolutely.”
In an interview with BravoTV, Garcelle gushed over their bond and shared that she and Carole “have the best time.” Garcelle also noted how Carole was there for her when she welcomed her sons. (Garcelle gave birth to Oliver in 1991 with ex-husband Daniel Saunders. Garcelle went on to marry talent agent Mike Nilon, with whom she welcomed twins Jax and Jaid in 2007. The pair split in 2010.)
“When I had the boys, she came and lived with us for two months just so she could help,” Garcelle recalled. “She’s awesome.”
