It’s really only been seven months since Connor Storrie became a front row celebrity. Heated Rivalry wrapped its first season around now-ish last year but it wouldn’t be until November, when the first season was released, that Connor and Hudson Williams were… well.. as known as they are.
So known that Connor was sat at the Saint Laurent show today beside Madonna. Which, as all the fans are saying, he might have manifested. This is the video that’s coming up a lot today.

Maybe not a blessing for everyone though because there’s another Connor-related story that’s going viral right now following his appearance in Paris and it has to do with the fangirl formerly known as Club Chalamet. You’ll recall, Club Chalamet, government name: Simone, has been a controversial online presence for years due to her obsession with Timothée. But a few months ago she “announced” that she was quitting Timmy and putting her energy into Connor. Which, yes, is alarming and disturbing and weird because she was somehow able to show up at so many of Timmy’s events and is apparently now trying to do the same with Connor.
She was waiting outside of Connor’s hotel today along with a crowd of other fans. And according to her, by her own account, she was targeted by another fan and eventually the animosity between them resulted in what sounds like a scuffle. In her description of what went down there’s an unhinged and hilarious mention of a “dermatologist recommended SPF mask” that she apparently had on the whole time she was there; and, I’m sorry, I am not mature enough to not find this funny. My imagination, the visuals, of her with the mask and whatever slapping that was going back and forth between these people – it’s too much for me, I am weak. This is embarrassing for everyone.
Most importantly, though, Connor is safe. Madonna will protect him.

Speaking of Heated Rivalry – here’s another gift from the show: there are a lot of people with great names on Broadway, but in my opinion, Jimin Moon’s is the best. And more people know it now because of Hollanov. (Out)
It’s caftan season and Salma Hayek is wearing one perfectly suited to her. (Go Fug Yourself)
There are five towns in Italy that are fining tourists for wearing flip-flops. I co-sign this. It makes me crazy when I see people hiking in inappropriate footwear but also, it could be a potential inconvenience for locals when this happens because flip-flops are dangerous. I broke my arm because of flip-flops over 15 years ago, not even when I was hiking but just walking down a street. So I come to my anti-flip-flop stance honestly. I have never worn flip-flops ever again when I’m not on the sand. No flip-flops in Italy when you’re hiking unless you want to throw your money away. (Celebitchy)
