Prince William & Prince Harry’s Kids Won’t See Each Other This Summer During UK Visit, Royal Experts Say

Prince Harry and his family are only weeks away from their reportedly scheduled visit to the UK; however, it looks like his children might not have the opportunity to see their cousins abroad.

Royal experts and commentators have been analyzing the upcoming trip and how members of the monarchy may react to the disgraced prince returning home. One of the conclusions that has been reached is that if Harry and Meghan end up bringing their children, Archie and Lilibet, there’s a good chance they won’t be able to visit Prince William and Princess Catherine’s kids, George, Charlotte, and Louis. Prince Harry Will Reportedly Bring His Children To The UK This Summer

It’s no secret that the entire dynamic of the modern royal family changed when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, decided to step down from their royal duties and move from the UK to America in 2020.

Since then, they’ve further distanced themselves from both the royal lifestyle and his family, current royals, via bombshell interviews, his tell-all memoir, Spare, and their individual business ventures, like the Suits actress’s lifestyle brand As Ever and Netflix projects. However, over the last year, insiders have been dropping hints that Harry is ready to “reconcile” with his family, in particular his father and brother.

After making a few trips to the UK and allegedly having more conversations with King Charles, UK media outlets reported that not just the prince, but his wife and their two kids will be going to England this summer.

Though no official dates have been confirmed, sources say the family will be going abroad next month, potentially visiting some royals at their Sandringham estate or staying at the late Princess Diana’s old home.

Numerous reasons are contributing to the Duke and Duchess’s family return to the UK, with one of them being celebrating the one-year countdown to the 2027 Invictus Games, which Harry co-founded and will take place in his home country next summer.

However, there have also been numerous reports that he has intentions for a proper family visit and reunion as well, especially hoping his father can get time with his grandchildren.

Despite the opportunity, royal commentators and experts have expressed that not only is Prince William against seeing his brother and sister-in-law, but that because of his aversion, his three children won’t see their cousins.

“Even if relations are gradually improving, the Wales household likely has a full schedule already in place for the summer, and any reunion involving the cousins would require tons of planning and goodwill from all parties involved,” royal commentator Amanda Matta explained to Page Six.

Sources for Vanity Fair added that as of right now, the future king is “not minded to a reconciliation,” and that the arrangements being made for Harry’s visit have “become the source of deep irritation for William.”
