Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa is now just a few hours ahead of its premiere. Hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, Netflix’s new reality show will premiere on June 27 at 8 pm. This time, there will be a fresh format, a new jail and an interesting lineup of celebrity contestants ready to compete for survival.
In Lock Upp 2, 15 inmates will live inside the jail, complete challenging tasks and earn in-game currency to buy food, supplies and privileges. But the biggest currency inside the house isn’t money – it’s truth.

Ram Kapoor
One of television’s biggest stars, Ram Kapoor, remains the most talked-about contestant this season. Known for shows like Kasamh Se and Bade Acche Lagte Hain, Ram admitted that even his family was shocked by his decision.
Speaking at the launch, he said, “I never imagined I would do a show like this. Yesterday, it was Father’s Day. My children woke me up and asked me why I was participating in this show. They were worried.”
Shivangi Joshi
Popular television actress Shivangi Joshi is also stepping into the reality show space for the first time. Known for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Begusarai and Balika Vadhu 2, she says viewers will get to see a completely different side of her.
“I am going with a clean slate. While people think of me as a sweet, docile girl, that’s also me, but I am much more than that. You will get to see the stronger side, too,” Shivangi shared.
Sunita Ahuja
Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja, is another contestant creating major buzz. After making headlines for her candid interviews, family moments and recent reconciliation with Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah, Sunita is now ready to bring her unfiltered personality into Lock Upp.
Dheeraj Dhoopar
Television heartthrob Dheeraj Dhoopar, known for Kundali Bhagya, Naagin and Sherdil Shergill, is also heading to Lock Upp. On his participation, he said, “I’ve always enjoyed taking on new challenges, and Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa is unlike anything I’ve done before… I’m excited to show people a side of me they haven’t seen before. Bring it on!”
Akanksha Chaudhary
After grabbing headlines on Splitsvilla X6, Akanksha Chaudhary hopes Lock Upp will finally give her a chance to address the controversies surrounding her previous reality show. On what she has to offer in the show, Akanksha said, “My fans are waiting for answers… I will show Akanksha 3.0 in this show… This time, I am going only to WIN and come back.”
Yogesh Rawat
Another Splitsvilla X6 contestant, Yogesh Rawat, enters the show with high expectations. Fans are especially curious to see his equation with Akanksha inside the jail.
Speaking about joining the show, Yogesh said, “With Netflix and Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa, I feel I’ll be reaching people across age groups, across cities and even across countries.”
Sufi Motiwala
Fashion commentator and content creator Sufi Motiwala joins the contestant lineup after appearing on The Traitors. Known for his brutally honest celebrity fashion reviews, Sufi is expected to bring his outspoken personality into the game.
Pamela Serena
Entrepreneur-turned-actress Pamela Serena, who recently appeared on Desi Bling, completes the confirmed lineup so far. Pamela has already stirred curiosity after revealing she wouldn’t want to meet Tejasswi Prakash again following their rivalry on her previous show.
