CASTLE have released a new single!
The new track, Truckgrinder, is taken from the US/Canadian doom metal outfit’s upcoming album Carrie Chains, which is set for release on September 4th via Hammerheart Records. It marks the second single to be lifted from the record following its initial announcement.
Speaking about the new song, the band shares, “Truckgrinder, the second single from our upcoming album Carrie Chains keeps the pedal to the metal; our ode to the road – the lifeblood of touring that carries us to you. No rest, non-stop.”

The forthcoming album sees CASTLE pushing their signature blend of doom and heavy metal into sharper, more anthemic territory, combining serpentine riff work with powerful hooks and the commanding vocals of Liz Blackwell. Drawing from classic influences such as BLACK SABBATH, JUDAS PRIEST, and MERCYFUL FATE, the band continue to refine a stripped-back yet heavy sound that remains distinctly their own.
Carrie Chains is set for release on September 4th via Hammerheart Records. Pre-orders are available now and can be purchased here.
