Celebrity gossip columnist Perez Hilton is selling his Las Vegas home.
Located in Blue Heron community Prado, Hilton has listed his Las Vegas estate for $4.25 million and moved to Miami. The home hit the market on June 24, with Kathryn Winterton of Las Vegas Sotheby’s as the listing agent.
“I had a lot of health issues this year, and that was really hard for me and my mother,” said Hilton to the Review-Journal about the reason for the move. “I just felt this calling that we needed to be back where I was born and raised and be around family.”
Hilton moved from Miami when he was 18 years old and settled in Las Vegas in January 2023.
The 6,569-square-foot home, 7389 Olive Creek Court, is on a private corner of the community, sits on around half an acre, and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
“It’s a lovely Blue Heron home in a very secluded community,” said Hilton to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “I love the home, and there’s going to be a very lucky next owner of it.”
Inside the home, there is an indoor-outdoor design, with “striking contemporary architecture,” according to the listing, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The home has also been the setting of Hilton’s numerous TV interviews and documentaries, including ones about the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni legal drama.
“This home was designed for the way people want to live and entertain today,” said Winterton. “The natural light, open spaces and seamless connection to the backyard create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.”
Each bedroom has an en-suite, with the primary downstairs, finished with spacious bathrooms and closet areas.
“I loved my bathroom,” said Hilton. “It was the biggest shower I’ve ever owned, a two-person shower with an overhead spout. It was just magical.”
Additionally, the home has one of Blue Heron’s “signature” NextGen Suites, which includes private living quarters with a separate entrance. Hilton said his mother lived in the space. Additionally, there is an attached casita.
“It’s the perfect home for a family, especially one that loves to have guests, because there’s also a casita, so your guests could have privacy and everybody could sleep in and not wake each other.”
There is also a spacious outdoor area, with a pool, spa and outdoor living spaces, which Hilton said is one of the largest in the development.
“I built it, so it was brand new, so it’s all done to my likings and customizations,” said Hilton.
