More than 40 participating restaurants have been announced for the 2026 Taste of Buffalo, which will be held July 11 and 12 along Delaware Avenue and Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo.
There will more than a dozen restaurants participating for the first time.
“The culinary scene is one of the best things about Buffalo and all of Western New York and this year’s selection of diverse and delicious foods is what makes the Taste of Buffalo one of the premiere food festivals in the nation,” said 2026 Taste of Buffalo Chairperson Adam Roma. “Our guests can enjoy the incredible food from more than 40 restaurants, including some old friends coming back to the event. We also have an amazing new entertainment lineup and other great activities we are excited to share in the coming weeks. We also look forward to supporting FeedMore and our scholarship fund and other local charities with proceeds from the event.”

New this year, the Taste of Buffalo will feature live entertainment on six stages.
On Saturday, The Plagiarists, P.A. Line, The Burkharts, Part Time Genius, Smac!, Tim Britt, Danielle A., The Brass Machine, Elena Izquieredo, Watch Your Step, The Spinning Plates Show, DJ Yes, Braize Lei, School of Rock and Slyboots School of Music will perform.
Then, on Sunday, Songbirds: A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac, The Damone Jackson Outcome, DJ Yes, Alison Pipitone, MYQ Farrow, The Brass Machine, Ellen Pieroni & Sean McNamara, Geno McManius, Not Normal, School of Rock, Slyboots School of Music and The Spinning Plates Show will perform.
“We really want to embrace this idea of ‘Same Great Taste, Brand New Vibe,’ for this year’s Taste of Buffalo,” said Roma. “With that, comes a revamped look at how we present local artists. We wanted each act to feel properly represented while on one of our six stages. The Taste of Buffalo will always be a food festival first, but the entertainment that will accompany each bite is something we are very proud to present for our 43rd year.”
