Michelle Branch is making everyone miss the 2000s, and her latest jaw-dropping photoshoots have fans believing she’s bringing back her hit songs for a secret project.
In case you missed it, the “All You Wanted” songstress shared a new post on Instagram with the caption reading, “It’s all in the game of love…” (And yes, this refers to her song with Santana called “Game of Love!”)
White, we get a clip from the music video for “Game of Love” in the second slide, fans are losing it over the first slide. In the first slide, we see Branch wowing in a studded orange bodysuit, which she paired with a black leather jacket and black tights that show off her mile-long legs. She paired the sexy look with a black and gold belt, red manicure, dark smokey eye makeup, and a necklace that reads “Angel.”

Now, this snapshot is the latest in a series Branch has been posting. The day prior, she rocked a white tank and black fur coat while promoting her old song “Are You Happy Now?”
And before that, she posted a photo of herself in a completely sheer purple PVC coat with the caption reading, “I hold my breath and count to ten” (which is a lyric from her hit song “Breathe”).
But it doesn’t stop there!
On June 26, Branch shared another snapshot of herself rocking a black tank top and leather shorts with the caption reading, “My therapist says I have a savior complex 😬.” This isn’t a lyric to anything but the second slide with a clip from another hit song called “All You Wanted.”
On June 24, Branch posted a photo of her in a baby blue slip dress and matching blue leather jacket with the caption reading, “It hurts to want everything and nothing at the same time 🥀.” (You guessed it, it’s a lyric to “Goodbye to You.”)
And now, we’re all the post that started it all on June 22, when Branch shared the first photoshoot pic of her in a skin-colored top and green leather jacket. She shared it with the caption reading, “You’re still everywhere to me.” In the second slide, we get a clip from her music video for “Everywhere,” but the third slide has fans potentially putting the pieces together.
So what does this all mean?! Well, in the first post from June 22, on the third slide, we can see Branch today recreating the vibe from her album Spirit Room. Many fans believe she’s either doing something special for its 25th anniversary or a tour could be on the way! Either way, fans have their eyes peeled for any more clues.
For those who don’t know, Branch’s second studio album, The Spirit Room, was a smash hit thanks to the songs “Everywhere,” “All You Wanted,” and “Goodbye to You.” She did do a 20th anniversary special by doing a special virtual concert, per Bandwagon.
But we think it’ll be a “Best of” tour since she also posted about songs not in The Spirit Room like “Are You Happy Now?,” “Breathe,” and “The Game of Love” (with Santana) are on her third album, Hotel Paper, which was released in 2003.
Only time will tell!
