Jessie James Decker enjoyed a special holiday weekend alongside her family.
On Sunday, July 5, the 38-year-old country singer shared a 20-photo Instagram carousel showing how her family of six celebrated Independence Day this year. In the post, Jessie shared a series of photos showing her, her husband, Eric Decker, 39, and their four kids, Vivianne, 12, Eric Jr., 10, Forrest, 8, and Denver, 2, spending time together at the beach.
“American Summers🇺🇸,” she captioned her post.
In the comments of the post, several users pointed out how strong Decker’s kids look in the photos.
“I need to get on the kids workout schedule, jeesh! 👏👏👏,” one user wrote, to which the singer replied, “😂 they play hard for sure.”
When some users suggested that the pictures were altered by AI, Decker simply dropped some laughing-crying face emojis.
“Holy sixpacks😂😎,” another added, prompting Decker to reply with some weightlifting emojis.
The Woman I’ve Become artist regularly shares pictures and videos with her family on her social media. Back in January, the singer and actress posted photos on her Instagram of her family’s trip to a tropical destination.
Her three kids could be seen posing on the beach, getting ready to go swimming. Other snaps showed Jessie and her former NFL star husband posing with their youngest child.
“2026 here we come baby!! Here’s to fresh starts, full hearts, happy babies and beautiful memories to come,” Jessie wrote in her caption. “My resolution is always health, happiness, and time well spent with the people who matter the most!!! #family#2026#happynewyear.”
In her comments, many again pointed out that they couldn’t believe how all three of Jessie’s kids had abs. “The abs on the Decker fam is CRAZYYYYY 😂💪,” one person wrote. “Okkkkk Abbb family !!! I love it ! Happy New Years to my fav family to follow😍❤️🙌👏👏,” said another.
Decker replied to a few of the comments, dropping some laughing-crying emojis.

The following month, the doting mom commemorated her son Denver’s second birthday with a “Two Infinity and Beyond” birthday party, sharing a recap of the occasion on Instagram.
In her post, Jessie also included some throwback snaps from Denver’s first few days earthside, including several photos from the delivery room.
“Denver’s 2!!!! Happy birthday to our beautiful boy Denver Calloway Decker aka Nuggie🥳🎈🎂 You are the sunshine of our lives☀️☀️☀️,” she wrote in the caption.
