On July 6, 2026, Courtney Mather informed the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Caesars Entertainment, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), that he has decided to resign from the Board effective July 6, 2026. Mr. Mather’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
