Suno
Suno has added former Atlantic marketing exec Grace James as VP and head of artist marketing and editorial.
Additionally, Christian Bowne, most recently YouTube’s head of major label business development, has signed on as director and head of music business development.
Warner Music/ADA
As part of “a major strategic expansion,” Warner Music has upped Howard Corner to head of ADA EMEA – a role he’ll assume while continuing to lead ADA UK.
Believe
Believe has elevated five-year team member Elsa Bahamonde Bourgain to president of artist services as well as label and artist solutions. Meanwhile, Believe Eastern Europe MD Liubov Kevkhaian has been boosted to VP of label and artist solutions, and the company has welcomed Play Two vet Emmanuelle de Hosson as artist services VP.
The promotions and the hire are components of a broader “unified structure” reorganization involving Believe’s global commercial unit and its product, tech, and operations division.
Pro Athlete Community (PAC)
The Pro Athlete Community has launched an artist-in-residence program with Aloe Blacc, who’s taken a seat on the PAC Business Leadership Council and will work directly with members.
Sony Music Publishing
SMP has bumped Luis Pinilla, part of the company since 2012, to SVP and global head of strategy.
Country Music Association (CMA)
The CMA has announced Brittany Schaffer as its next CEO; the former Spotify label-partnerships exec will come aboard in a transitional capacity this September before officially taking the reins on January 1st, 2027.
A2IM
The American Association of Independent Music has confirmed its 2026-27 executive committee, including Exceleration Music’s Glen Barros as chair; Hopeless Records’ Louis Posen as treasurer; and Rhymesayers Entertainment’s David Barnes as secretary.
Meanwhile, A2IM’s newly elected board members are Katie Garcia (Bayonet Records); Tony Kiewel (Sub Pop Records); Steve Kline (Better Noise Music); and Elliott Peters (Empire).
Finally, joining the advisory board for the first time are Sue Lucarelli (Epitaph Records) and Benson Curb (Curb Records).
Triple Tigers Records
Kevin Herring has resigned as Triple Tigers’ co-president, describing the move as “the first step toward retirement.” Taking his place and serving as co-president alongside Annie Ortmeier is Raffaella Braun, who’s been with the label since 2019.
