Love Island USA Season 8 has ended after six long and chaotic weeks, and if you’re wondering how to fill your time now that we’ve all been collectively dumped from the Villa, how about checking in on everyone’s relationship statuses? These two found their way back to each other after a post-Casa Amor breakup, and spent the second half of the season being adorable and growing closer. And if you’re wondering where things stand now….

Neither Carl nor Aniya have hopped on social media to update everyone on their relationship, and thanks to Aftersun being over it doesn’t look like we’ll get an interview about what’s next from them anytime soon. But a Redditor did notice that one of Carl’s friends posted a FaceTime with them together after the show!
Love seeing them together—though it makes complete sense. After all, the Love Island USA season finale presumably filmed on Saturday, July 11 (the live vote was Friday and the episode aired Sunday, so the math adds up), meaning Carl and Aniya were on their beautiful date and ready to take the next steps in their relationship just a couple days ago!
