The cast of Love Island USA racked up hundreds of thousands of followers while the show was airing, and when Kayda Bosse got her phone back, she had over a million new friends over on Instagram. But her account has mysteriously disappeared after she reposted a photo from Zach Georgiou, prompting speculation that she’s deactivated it amid negativity about her and Zach’s relationship.
Kayda’s account is still gone as of this morning (July 15), and at this point, there’s no confirmation as to why. It’s possible she deactivated, but fans are also speculating that she was banned due to people reporting her—which also happened to Zach’s TikTok.
Zach’s brother Charlie confirmed on Threads that “TikTok has banned Zach’s account because everyone is reporting it, wtf is wrong with people? The truth about the false narratives portrayed about his time there will be spoken on soon.”
Meanwhile, Trinity Tatum made it clear that both Zach and Kayda are well aware of the negativity coming their way, saying on Instagram, “Coming out the villa one I want to say I’m very blessed and appreciative of the love of support everyone has given me. With that being said I wanna say the hate of ignorant comments some of you guys are doing regarding zach is absolutely not okay and needs to stop it’s very disheartening and we are people just like everyone else. We genuinely have love for each other inside and out of the villa and he’s one of the most amazing people I’ve met so please have some empathy.”
For what it’s worth, Zach’s Instagram is still up, but he hasn’t weighed in on Kayda’s situation.
