Christopher Blake Griffith, who accused the free-agent NFL star Stefon Diggs of male sexual assault, slammed a fiery response back at Cardi B, after she publicly defended Diggs, the father of her youngest child, on social media. The rapper questioned Griffith’s credibility and the alleged evidence in the lawsuit.
The accuser urged Cardi B to “take off the blinders” after she questioned his allegations against Stefon Diggs
The rapper went on a lengthy social media rant on Tuesday, July 14, casting doubt on Christopher’s credibility, alleging he changed his account of the incident multiple times in the sexual assault case since he first went public. Cardi also accused Griffith of being “obsessed” with her on-and-off boyfriend’s wealth.
Griffith broke his silence after Cardi referred to him as a “light-skinned albino” and clapped back directly at the Grammy winner from his personal social media account. Responding directly in an Instagram comment on a post sharing Cardi’s full rant, he wrote that he holds her in high regard but fired back with: “Mama, please take off the blinders.” He also added that his history with Diggs’ circle predates her relationship with the athlete.
The stylist ended his comment by calling out organised crime and asking, “You know how embarrassing it is to have to face this foolishness everyday?”
Reportedly, the dispute escalated further after Griffith claimed to have submitted 100 pages of text messages between himself and Diggs as evidence. This further prompted Cardi to argue that the matter should be handled in court and not publicly on social media.
Griffith, Diggs’ former stylist, has accused the NFL free agent of assaulting him during a 2023 outing in Washington, D.C. According to a report, Christopher said Stefon drugged him without his knowledge before allegedly assaulting him. Diggs has denied the allegations.
