Ricki Lake is continuing to celebrate her dramatic facelift, two years after going under the knife. In a carousel of never-before-seen photos shared on July 18, the 57-year-old TV personality revealed she’s just as happy now with the “remarkable” results of her plastic surgery, which she previously called “the best facelift I’ve ever seen.”

“Happy 2 year anniversary to me. Yes, 2 years ago today, I had a face lift. Specifically, for those wondering, I had a deep plane lower face and neck lift along with a mild co2 laser,” Lake kicked off the caption of her post as she shared unseen before-and-after photos of her taken at her surgeon’s office as well as post-recovery.

The Hairspray actress credited her “incredibly talented and kind surgeon” Dr. Allen Foulad for the “wonderful” experience as well as the physical transformation, which she called “remarkable, natural, and long-lasting.”

Lake also got candid about her reasons for getting the invasive cosmetic procedure in her mid-50s. “Back in 2023, I had lost 40 Ibs over the course of a year, and did not like the extra skin that hung from below my chin. It was never going to tighten up by itself,” she explained. “I took a leap of faith and I’m so grateful I did.”

Highlighting the lasting results of the facelift, she shared two recent selfies “without makeup and filter.” The star also applauded celebrities becoming more open about their decision to get cosmetic work. “I am also very glad to see so many people over these past couple of years opening up about their own plastic surgery journeys.”

The Cry-Baby actress has had high praise for the cosmetic procedure, previously sharing during a 2025 appearance on Watch What Happens Live, “I kind of think it’s the best facelift I’ve ever seen.” Lake also told host Andy Cohen she prides herself on being open about going under the knife, adding, “I’m fully transparent. Always have been. I don’t want there to be any stigma.”
