1. Fan Fest
See a performance by the Allen High School Band and Color Guard featuring fan favorite songs and selections from the band’s 2026 marching season.
2. End of Summer Bash
End the summer with a pool party at Ford Pool. The End of Summer Bash will feature a cannonball contest with judges looking for style, height and the biggest splash. Registration is required to attend this free event.
3. The Smoking Woodys
Enjoy a live music performance by The Smoking Woodys in the Civic Auditorium at the Allen Public Library. The four-piece classic rock band performs music from the late ‘60s to early ‘90s and beyond. Performances at the library are also streamed live online at www.actv.org or www.youtube.com/allencitytv.
4. Family Fun Days at The Farm
Experience live music, try family-friendly crafts and activities, shop from vendors and more at this monthly event held at The Farm in Allen.
5. SaxoGram
Enjoy a live music performance by SaxoGram in the Civic Auditorium at the Allen Public Library. The five-piece band performs a variety of music genres, including R&B, rap, jazz, soul, country, reggae and gospel. Performances at the library are also streamed live online at www.actv.org or www.youtube.com/allencitytv.
6. ‘Laughter on the 23rd Floor’
See a live performance of “Laughter on the 23rd Floor” by the Allen Contemporary Theatre. The comedy show, which is rated R, features an ensemble of staff writers on a variety show working to top each other’s jokes while competing for the attention of a TV star.
7. Ammy Virk Live
See a performance by Indian singer, actor and producer Ammy Virk at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center.
8. Concerts by the Creek
As part of the Concerts by the Creek series at Watters Creek Village, enjoy live music from Love Handle, a four-piece rock-and-roll cover band.
9. North Dallas Toy Show
Browse toys and collectibles at over 140 tables at this event that has been held for more than 10 years, its website states. The show offers a variety of toys and collectibles, including Hot Wheels, Pokemon cards, Lego, comics, action figures and more.
