At a recent event, the two wore complementary outfits, with Holmes making a rare public comment about their relationship.

Over the weekend, Holmes and Yarmosky attended a dinner hosted by Ferragamo in The Hamptons, with the two wearing complementary outfits, including navy colored tops.
When Elle asked her about their matching styles, Holmes said, “I think we just have similar taste.” This marks the first time that Holmes has addressed their relationship.

Holmes and Yarmosky had their first public outing on July 10. “He was whispering in her ear, and she was laughing,” said an onlooker to PEOPLE.
“They seemed very easy together, and there was a smile on her face all night. They sat together during the movie, and she had her head on his shoulder at one point. They looked very cute.”
Since then, the two have been photographed on numerous occasions, grabbing dinner in New York and being spotted in different places for shopping trips, with Yarmosky holding on to Holmes’ purse.

“Katie and Jason looked so happy after dinner walking together, hugging, smiling at each other, and patting each other on the back,” said an insider to PEOPLE. “Jason even gently opened the car door for her to get in. They looked so happy and in love.”
The source added that Holmes was attracted to his creativity. “Katie has always been drawn to people who are creative,” added the source. “She loves being around people who are passionate about what they do. She enjoys learning and experiencing new things.”
Through the years in the spotlight, Holmes has had relationships with different people, including Tom Cruise, with whom she shares Suri Cruise, Jamie Foxx, Emilio Vitolo Jr., and most recently, Bobby Wooten III. Her exes have all pursued creative careers, including two actors, a chef, and a musician.
