Sorry to all who have been kicking their feet, giggling, and hoping for a chance to shoot their shot with Rob Rausch. It looks like he’s officially off the market after posting (and later deleting) a hard launch with his rumored girlfriend, Chloe Chen, on Instagram. (Don’t worry, though, it still lives on Threads.)
The Alabama-raised snake wrangler has been keeping a pretty low profile since his historic win on The Traitors, and that, of course, includes his dating life. He was previously linked to Leah Kateb in the Love Island USA Villa before she moved on with bombshell Miguel Hirachi, and fans thought he had a flirty vibe with his ally on The Traitors, Maura Higgins. But he actually found love with Chloe, who lives away from the spotlight, nearly eight months ago. Here’s everything we know about Rob Rausch’s girlfriend, Chloe Chen, and why their relationship remains extremely low-key.
She’s reportedly been romantically linked to Rob since 2025
According to an insider from The Sun, Rob and Chloe started dating in late 2025. “She’s from Kansas City and has no desire to be famous or to be an influencer,” they shared, adding, “He loves that she is so down to earth and different from all the reality TV chaos and fame chasing he was surrounded by.”
Oh, and they also had the sweetest meet-cute. As Rob revealed to Interview, they met in a bookstore while he was shopping for a “field guide to Europe.”
During an interview with Cosmopolitan earlier this year, Rob revealed why he’s kept their romance largely out of the spotlight. “The only reason I even said that I have a girlfriend was to give her that peace of mind that I am proud of her and I do want it to be known that she’s mine and I’m hers,” Rob said.
He echoed a similar sentiment during an interview with People in March, saying, “I didn’t want her to feel like she was a secret and that I wasn’t proud of her. So, I decided, ‘Yeah. You know what? I’m gonna say I have a girlfriend.’ But I don’t want people in our life, in our business… and she doesn’t either. She’s a private person.”
She lives in Kansas City and maintains a long-distance relationship with Rob
“He goes to Kansas City and they have low-key dates together as much as possible,” a source told The Sun, adding, “She has visited him in Alabama and they’ve gone on trips to New York and other places together. She’s met his family and they all love her.”
They added, “His family is thrilled Rob found a good, normal girl rather than a wannabe-influencer. He is smitten and very serious about her.”
Rob’s fellow Love Island USA season 6 islander, Kaylor Martin, all but confirmed the above when she showed a glimpse of Chloe and Rob during a trip to his farm in June 2026.
Her socials are private
During his chat for Cosmopolitan’s centerfold earlier this year, Rob admitted that Chloe “is private on everything and does not want a lot of attention” from fans. Her Instagram profile sits at a little over 800 followers, with one of them being Rob.
She’s an esthetician
While her personal profiles are kept private, Chloe has a public profile for her facial and skincare services. She’s a licensed esthetician in Kansas City, Missouri, and gives followers a rare glimpse into her career with her content.
She enjoys games as much as Rob does
It’s true! When Rob won The Traitors earlier this year, he told Cosmopolitan that Chloe wasn’t even surprised.
“She’s also a gamer,” he shared at the time. “We play a lot of games, and I win a lot of games! So she wasn’t, like, super surprised by the finale. She kind of had a feeling that I won.”
Rob posted a rare pic with Chloe—and quickly deleted it
During a brand trip to Tokyo with PacSun (which also hosted Love Island USA season 8’s Jen Terry and Caleb McDaniel), Rob hard-launched his relationship with Chloe in an Instagram photo dump posted on July 25…only to remove the below photo from the post shortly after. ICYMI—which, let’s be honest, you probably did—the full post is still available on Threads.
Elsewhere in the photo dump, the pair cozied up to look out at the Tokyo skyline and even sang a duet of Colbie Caillat and Jason Mraz’s “Lucky” at karaoke. Cuuuute!
That’s all we’ve got on these two for now, and it’ll probably stay that way out of respect for Chloe’s privacy.
