It was Bring Your Kids to Work Day for Jason Sudeikis at the Ted Lasso season 4 premiere, where he was joined by his two children with ex Olivia Wilde.
Sudeikis, 50, brought his 12-year-old son Otis and 9-year-old daughter Daisy to the Apple TV show’s Los Angeles premiere, where they were reunited with cast members including Brendan Hunt, Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple and more.
In photos from the red carpet, Sudeikis was seen shielding his kids’ eyes from the California sun as they smiled for photographers at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on July 27.

Sudeikis reprises his role as Ted Lasso’s titular character in the fourth season of the show, which premieres on August 5. In the upcoming season, Ted is coaching a second-division women’s soccer team after leaving AFC Richmond’s men’s squad in the hands of Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein).
Sudeikis is also returning as the show’s executive producer and showrunner.
The actor shares Otis and Daisy with ex-fiancée Olivia Wilde, whom he started dating in 2011 after meeting at an SNL party. They split in 2020 after a seven-year-long engagement.

In a June 2026 appearance on Call Her Daddy, Wilde said that she and Sudeikis work well together as coparents of their two children. “We are great f—ing co-parents,” Wilde told host Alex Cooper. “These kids are consistently getting the best of us in a way that when we were together was not possible because we did not work together, but we work really well as separated co-parents. When I talk to people who are just in very unhappy situations and staying in it for the kids, I’m like, ‘You’re doing no one any favors.’”
“I actually find this divvying up of responsibility in a way can allow for really amazing parenting because we are always our best with our kids,” she added.
“I really value the opportunity to be completely present with them, and then to hand them off to a very capable co-parent who is very present with them when he’s with them,” she said. “Then, I have this space, which is permission to then go work my f—ing ass off.”
