On today’s The Young and the Restless recap:
Crimson Lights: Sharon begs Daniel and Tessa to tell her what in the world is going on with Mariah. Daniel reports the bartender they spoke with said Mariah was drinking alone when a man joined her. Tessa notes they apparently had an instant connection. Sharon begins to spin saying Mariah is very outgoing and makes everyone feel like they matter, like a friend. Daniel says it seems like the connection was more than that. They were getting intimate and headed upstairs to one of their rooms. Sharon says she was worried something like that happened based on her prior conversation with Mariah. Tessa knows Sharon is thinking they slept together but it’s so much worse than that.
Later in the episode: Tessa and Daniel tell Sharon about the man Mariah was with checking out of the hotel in the middle of the night. The hotel staff said he was shaken, almost scared. Mariah checked out the next morning. Tessa shows Sharon a picture of the man, who is a similar age and build to Ian Ward. Tessa recalls Mariah telling her she tried to kill someone and thinks this is the man. Daniel worries the man is out for blood and Mariah might be in real danger.
