This Fourth of July, join one of San Antonio’s favorite Independence Day traditions at Woodlawn Lake Park. Mary Jane Verette from the San Antonio Parks Foundation joined us to share what visitors can expect from this exciting community celebration.
The event will feature a full day of live entertainment, family-friendly activities, arts and crafts, interactive experiences, and a community mural designed to bring people together and celebrate the holiday. There will be something for all ages to enjoy throughout the day.
To help guests stay cool during the summer festivities, H-E-B will be providing free water throughout the event, making it easy for families to stay hydrated while enjoying the celebration.
The festivities begin at 10 a.m. and continue throughout the day, culminating in the highly anticipated fireworks spectacular at 9:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to take advantage of all the activities, entertainment, and community fun.
