Abby Lee Miller found a surprisingly simple fix for one of her biggest beauty frustrations.
The “Dance Moms” star, 60, recently underwent an ear rejuvenation procedure with Beverly Hills celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Patrick Davis after becoming increasingly bothered by stretched earlobes caused by years of wearing heavy earrings.
“It was amazing,” Miller exclusively told Page Six of her procedure. “Everyone’s going to be flocking to their doctors to do this.”

“My mom always used to complain about her earlobes and how they looked,” she explained. “Then I started noticing it myself because I would put an earring in my ear and the whole earring would go through. The hoops would flip all the way around with the back and the whole thing in it.”
Rather than opting for surgery, Davis suggested a much simpler approach with hyaluronic acid filler injections.
Miller rated the pain level at a “two” out of 10 and said, “It’s just like, ‘Boom, boom, boom,’” before she was done with the procedure, which she completed in less than 30 minutes on May 29.
The procedure cost approximately $1,000, significantly less than the $3,000 to $4,000 surgical alternative, according to Davis.

The ear rejuvenation procedure addresses volume loss in the earlobes, which can occur naturally with age and be accelerated by years of wearing heavy earrings, the facial plastic surgeon explained.
“The ear itself can be a tell-tale sign of the aging process,” Davis explained. “A little bit of filler in the earlobe can plump up the earlobe that has shrunken in size or isn’t holding earrings properly.”
Davis added that the results were visible “instantly” for the reality TV star. And in the two days after her procedure, she could see “even more plumping,” he shared.
Miller admitted she didn’t quite follow her doctor’s post-op instructions, however.
“He didn’t want me to wear earrings for like a week, and I couldn’t do it because I had an event that I had to go to,” she said with a laugh. “But I could see results immediately.”

The television personality, who continues to travel the world teaching despite years of health challenges, said she’s already considering another round of treatment.
“He’s going to do more,” she revealed, noting that Davis is “fabulous, kind and gentle” and “went very cautiously” for the first round of treatment.
Beyond cosmetic procedures, Miller said her main focus remains on the career that made her a household name: teaching dance classes.
“I don’t know if it’s really resilient or if it’s just passionate about what I do and I want to keep doing it,” she said. “When I ask my class, ‘Did anyone here start to dance because of ‘Dance Moms?’ and I see those hands go up, I know I did something right.”
