Jason Statham‘s hit 2024 film The Beekeeper finally has a release date for its upcoming sequel. Amazon MGM has officially announced when the film will be hitting theaters.
Per Deadline, The Beekeeper 2 is scheduled for release on Jan. 15, 2027 during the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday weekend, matching the first film’s similar release schedule. The original Beekeeper film was released on Jan. 12, 2024 to positive reviews from critics and an impressive $162.6 million worldwide gross. For The Beekeeper 2, Statham returns as Adam Clay, a highly skilled titular assassin. Other returning cast members include Emmy Raver-Lampman, Jeremy Irons, Bobby Naderi and Jemma Redgrave.
