Jennifer Aniston has gone “Instagram-official” with her new boyfriend, Jim Curtis – and fans are excited.
On Sunday, the actress, 56, shared a black-and-white photo of herself with wellness coach and author Jim to wish him a happy birthday.
In the Instagram image, Jennifer can be seen cuddling Jim from the back as he smiles and holds her hands.
“Happy birthday my love,” Jennifer captioned the post, adding, “Cherished,” followed by a red heart emoji.
Fans were excited to see that the Murder Mystery star is happy with her new man, but many have been wanting to know more about Jim. Here, we explain everything we know about him.
Jim has been working in the health and wellness space for more than two decades, according to his official website.
As a wellness coach, his motto is “Heal deeply, Love freely, Live fully.”
Jim, who is believed to be 49 years old, is a hypnotherapist who specializes in helping people “step into the fullest version of themselves.”
He is also active on social media, where he posts informational videos and answers questions from his followers – including a recent one from a person who asked him how they could find love at the age of 42.
In addition to working with individual clients, Jim also partners with celebrities and speaks at health and welnness events.
He has also written two books – The Stimulati Experience (2017) and Shift (2024).

Jim’s teaching focuses on anxiety and trauma, manifestation, low self-worth and relationship grief, among other areas.
In 2028, he told Fast Company that he began focusing on health and wellness after he was diagnosed with lesions on his spinal cord when he was 22 years old.
The lesions caused him to suffer from muscle spasms, paralysis, a chronic limp and headaches, as he explained, “It was unknown how they started, but I very rapidly became ill and soon had trouble walking.”
After graduating from colleage and working as a trader on Wall Street, Jim transitioned to health media companies, including WebMD, Remedy Health and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
His experience then encouraged him to create his coaching business to help other people living with chronic pain.
Jennifer, who was previously married to Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux, sparked romance rumors with jim when they were spotted on vacation in Mallorca, Spain, over the Fourth of July weekend.
They then took their relationship to the next level when he supported her during the Season 3 premiere of her Apple TV+ drama, The Morning Show.
