ALTER BRIDGE have released a brand new music video!
The new music video, for the track What Lies Within, is the second single to be lifted from the band’s upcoming self-titled eighth studio album, which is scheduled to be released on January 9th 2026 via Napalm Records.
Driven by a dual guitar attack from Myles Kennedy and Mark Tremonti, What Lies Within delivers a heavy, groove-laden performance underscored by Brian Marshall and Scott Phillips. The lyrics explore the darkness within human nature, with the refrain “What lies within, beneath the skin, something so dark and foreboding” anchoring the track’s theme.
The animated music video was directed by J.T. Ibanez.
