Amanda Seyfried and Julia Roberts took the “who wore it best” to new heights with a standout twinning moment at the Venice Film Festival.

Roberts delivered a phenomenal look in a custom Versace outfit, which Seyfried later borrowed.
Amid the festivities at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival, Roberts joined her co-stars Chloe Sevigny, Ayo Edebiri, Andrew Garfield and director Luca Guadagnino for the After The Hunt photocall.
The 57-year-old looked youthful in a chic yet casual outfit, sporting a custom-made Versace look.
The iconic actress served major looks as she stepped out in a tailored navy blue single-breasted wool blazer, paired with a striped yellow button-down and denim straight-leg jeans that gave off a minimalist 90s vibe.
Roberts’ daytime look at the Venice Film Festival was Dario Vitale’s first-ever design for Versace as the fashion house’s Chief Creative Officer.
On top of this, she completed the outfit with a black belt with a gold buckle, woven leather slingbacks and a leather bag with her initials “JM” for Julia Moder, the surname of her husband, Daniel Moder.
It wasn’t only the fans who were stunned by her stylish look, but another actress was spotted rocking the same ensemble.
Days after the My Best Friend’s Wedding star attended the movie’s photocall, Seyfried surprised the media by wearing the exact outfit as Roberts. She arrived at the The Testament of Ann Lee photocall wearing the familiar-looking Versace ensemble.
In an Instagram post, she thanked the award-winning actress for “sharing” the outfit, to which she replied, saying, “Happily and anytime you want.”
However, the Mean Girls star revealed the reason behind the unexpected twinning moment. According to her, she asked her stylist, Elizabeth Stewart, who also works with Roberts, to see if she could borrow the exact look.
“Julia Roberts wore this incredible Versace look the other day for her photocall here, and I told Elizabeth, my stylist via Instagram, that I wanted to wear it,” she mentioned, as cited by Vanity Fair.
According to her, the Runaway Bride star thought that it was a “great idea.”
Seyfried added, “Re-wearing your friend’s clothes in general is what we do, so why not do this for the red carpet?”
