The annual St. Louis International Film Festival (SLIFF) is back from Nov. 6-16 for its 34th year. The festival takes place at Hi-Pointe Theatre on 1005 McCausland Ave, in St. Louis.
SLIFF is an internationally themed festival dedicated to developing cross-cultural understandings through the art of film. The festival will last over 11 days and will feature more than 250 short films for audiences to enjoy.
The international film festival invites viewers from different backgrounds to come together and begin breaking down the cultural, geographical and ideological barriers.
This is an academy-sanctioned qualifying festival for both narrative and documentary shorts. The juried award winners will be nominated for Oscar® consideration.
Approximately 10 audience choice awards will be presented, so cast your vote at the theater before leaving.
